Ben Herald Pro Model - Series 2

The shape
The BH-2 was designed by Ben in Atlanta GA. The shape features a 16.5 cm tall ken with an extra wide sarado. The slip stop feels smooth in hand while the base cup ring carries a bit of an edge. This makes juggles comfortable and ken flips rip. The tama is 62mm with the GT 23-10-14 bevel. (23mm outer diameter - 10mm slope - 145mm inner hole). The tama is coated in the classic sticky gloss.

The design
These 4 colorways are a tip of the hat to Ben's early years of kendama. A simple stripe is all you had for tracking. The color of that stripe was the design. When Ben got his first pro model he wanted to take the stripe concept to another level. The 8 dots around the tama provide omniaxial tracking allowing you to see exactly how the tama is moving and at what speed it is spinning. Since then Ben has used this design to its full advantage.

Each color has its own unique wood.
